System Imaging
Your systems need to be working at all times, and any downtime is costly. To ease the pain and get you back to full capacity, we offer system imaging. As long as your systems are standard, we will create and maintain a fresh image of the reference system, complete with all your legally licensed software. If a hard drive were to fail, we can replace the drive and re-image the system back to the way it was, prior to the failure. Any data stored locally would be lost, but since our recommended process is to store all data on the server anyway, if our recommendations are followed, your people will be back and working in about an hour, instead of a day or more. There is an initial fee of $750 to image the system and a monthly storage fee dependent on the amount of storage you require.
